Raw Food Training

The best possible training in raw food cuisine you can get is at Living Light in Fort Bragg, California. I took their Associate Chef Training and now feel completely competent in creating raw meals for myself and my family. The training is not cheap but well worth the money as you learn hands-on how to create tasty raw food dishes.  Another benefit of the training is that you get fed three raw meals a day during the training. If you are able to do the full Associate Chef Training, which is three weeks and one weekend long, your body can experience how it feels to be on raw food for that extended time.
