We are using exercises from the Eat Smart, Live Strong curriculum for seniors but any age group is welcome to join.
Cooking to Combat COVID: a 5-week class series designed for anyone motivated to make major changes in their diet to improve health.
Each class will include group discussion, engaging video lectures, quizzes, a cooking demonstration of 3 recipes as well as resources to keep you motivated at home.
