The Eat Smart, Live Strong sessions are designed to help older adults adopt two behaviors that may improve their health and overall well-being. The two behaviors are:
1) Eat at least 31/2 cups of fruits and vegetables every day (11/2 cups of fruit and 2 cups of vegetables)
2) Participate in at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity most days
